HR Specialist

Graduate of any Business Course or Communications.

With at least 2-3 years progressive experience in Human Resources Department handling different facets in Human Resource such as, but not limited to the following:

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Process End-to-end Recruitment

2. Timekeeping Process

3. Compensation and Benefits Administration

Other HR Core Duties (Good to have)

1. Experience in Performance Management System

2. Background in Training and Development

3. Facilitate Company Events

Can work under pressure with minimal supervision

Willing to physical reporting, Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
