HR Specialist, People Connection

**Main Activities and Responsibilities:**

+ **Triage PeopleConnection Service Requests:**
+ Quickly assess and categorize non-automated and errored service requests to the appropriate country and queue.
+ Prioritize issues based on urgency
+ Escalate delayed or complex matters to the appropriate HR Specialist or HCM SME, Queue Manager
+ Maintain data quality to prepare information for analysis. This will be achieved by ensuring proper SR close out and categorization with Helpdesk Agents.
+ **Curation of Knowledge:**
+ Maintain positive relationships with Queue Managers to continuously update resources to ensure our workforce has access to the latest and most accurate information.
+ Curate and maintain a comprehensive repository of HR knowledge articles, FAQ’s, PeopleConnection processes, and training.
