HR Specialist

Job Purpose:

• The HR – Employee Relations & Talent Engagement Specialist role is responsible for sustaining a highly engaged workforce at operational sites by strengthening employee commitment, performance, capability, and retention. The role focuses on employee relations, training facilitation, talent management monitoring, and people-related interventions that directly support operational effectiveness and workforce stability.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or any related field.

Relevant HR trainings or certifications in Labor Relations, Performance Management, or Talent Management are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and applicable DOLE regulations.
