Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates Site Office updates and activities to HR Head Office and reports to HR Manager
Onboarding of Site Newly Hired Employees; Check Employee pre-employment requirements for 201 filing, Background Checking, Coordinates job offer, Contract Signing, Orientation of Newly Hired, and Endorsement
Site Manpower Movements: Monitoring of Employment Status and End of Contracts, Prepares Contract for Newly Hired, Renewal, and Regularization, Monitor day to day manpower masterlist–daily headcount & employee contract status
Timekeeping/Attendance: Operates Biometric and Monitors day to day timelogs of Site Employees; Coordinates site daily attendance, leave, and absences to HR - Head Office for payroll
