- Graduate in BS Psychology /BSBA Human Resource
- with 2 - 3 years experience in related field
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates Site Office updates and activities to HR Head Office and reports to HR Manager
Handles Site Office Recruitment; Job Postings, Screening and Evaluating applicants, Conducts Phone call/Face-to-Face Interviews, and Administers pre-employment Examination
Onboarding of Site Newly Hired Employees; Check Employee pre-employment requirements for 201 filing, Background Checking, Coordinates job offer, Contract Signing, Orientation of Newly Hired, and Endorsement
Site Manpower Movements: Monitoring of Employment Status and End of Contracts, Prepares Contract for Newly Hired, Renewal, and Regularization, Monitor day to day manpower masterlist–daily headcount & employee contract status
