HR Specialist

I. Job Summary:

The HR Specialist is primarily responsible for managing payroll processes and administering compensation and benefits programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction. In addition to these core responsibilities, the role provides support in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR functions as needed. This position requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to deliver efficient HR services.
