Job Description

Maintain and update employee records and 201 files

Prepare HR documents (contracts, memos, certificates, notices)

Assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, and payroll coordination

Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Ensure HR documents are accurate and properly filed

Respond to employee HR-related inquiries

Assist with HR reports, audits, and compliance requirements

Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15,600.00 per month
