1. Training Needs Assessment

• Conducts comprehensive assessments to identify training and development needs across the organization.

2. Training Program Development & Implementation

• Designs, develops, and implements training programs that address organizational and employee development needs.
• Identifies training gaps and collaborates with department heads to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Facilitates both in-person and virtual training sessions as required.

3. Onboarding & Orientation

• Facilitates onboarding programs, including New Employee Orientation (NEO) and onboarding plan sessions, to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
