Job Description

• 1. Recruitment
     Executes recruitment initiatives for South Forbes salesforce (Sell All, Condo-Focused and Fullerton Sales Teams).

A. Expands sourcing channels for potential sales recruits.
i. Strengthens online and offline presence for sales recruitment.
ii. Partners with schools and employment services offices for recruitment events.
iii. Explores opportunities to expand the network with sales professionals and organizations.

B. Evaluates candidates based on the identified success profile and role profiling standards.
i. Invites candidates for an interview and discusses career opportunities.
ii. Performs interviews and screening of sellers, and endorses candidates to sales leaders.
iii. Recommends candidates for onboarding.
iv. Discusses the content of the offer sheet, contract, and role expectations.
