HR Specialist

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Specialist is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation &Benefits, Training & Development, HR Operations, employee lifecycle administration, government compliance, and HR projects. This role works closely with employees, managers, and external stakeholders to ensure effective HR service delivery, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and support for business objectives.
