Job Qualification

• A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is often preferred.
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), compensation software, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• In-depth understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
• Strong ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization
• With background in Timekeeping and handling grievances
• Strong ability to analyze quantitative data and understand financial aspects of compensation.
• Advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis.
• At least 2 years work experience in Compensation and Benefits process or Timekeeping
