Overview

We have an exciting Human Resource Specialist opportunity within our dynamic HR team. This role is key to elevating our HR and People Development programs by analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting workforce and job data to generate insights that support strategic business results. Reporting to the Vice President, HR & People Development, you will play a lead role in the design, development, evaluation, and administration of compensation and job evaluation programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform compensation benchmarking and market analysis, including base salaries and incentives, to evaluate external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Participate in salary surveys, interpret market data, and provide clear, data‑driven insights and recommendations to HR leaders and the business.
