HR Specialist/Assistant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to qualify and understand requirements of the role. (What is a good to have vs. must-have, etc.)
• Strong focus on direct sourcing on LinkedIn as well as local job boards. Must be able to come up with boolean search strings and use LinkedIn Recruiter advanced search
• Screen candidates and ask effective questions to gauge both technical skills and culture fit
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment from role qualification, candidate sourcing, interviewing to offer management/negotiation and closing

Must-Have Skills/Attributes

• 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in both agency and in-house/RPO settings
• Excellent in direct sourcing of passive candidates and creating boolean search strings, and have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Skilled in candidate and offer management
