HR Specialist/Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure that all documentation complies with legal requirements and organizational policies.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Administer employee benefit programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and payroll.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Psychology, BSBA major in Human Resources Management or any Four year courses graduate.
• Computer Literate
• Willing to work at LISP 1 Brgy. Diezmo Cabuyao Laguna
