• Volume Recruitment: Manage the sourcing and screening of high-turnover roles such as Service Crew, Cashiers, and Kitchen Staff.
• Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate the Day 1 orientation, ensuring new hires understand the RVD Food Inc. mission and Malasakit culture.
• Talent Pipeline: Build a database of ready-to-hire candidates to minimize operational disruptions during sudden resignations.
