 Oversee the delivery of a wide range of HR services, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, compensation administration, employee relations, HR policy interpretation, and employee self-service support. 
 Drive an empowered and high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and service delivery.
 Establish and manage productivity and performance through SLAs and KPIs; evaluate metrics with leadership and implement improvements.
