HR Sr. Analyst

The Senior HR Analyst will perform the day-to-day operations related to payroll, benefits, HR Information System according to the HR shared service model.
The candidate will be responsible for data accuracy and compliance, as well as generate information and controls regarding to HR operation in a reliably maners in order to support strategic HR and achieve the level of services required by clients.
Responsibilities:
Ensures proper implementation and administration of the Benefits policies to colleagues, and management with vendors that applies for benefits plans.
Prepare and include benefits such as: Health plan, Dental Plan, Life Insurance, Child Care, Educational program, etc.
Prepares payments for various benefit vendors
Coordinate the hiring, termination, vacation, promotion and other activities related to personnel administration;
Attendance and timekeeping control for Chile Employees
Ensure the administration and execution of leave process
