Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen rank-and-file applicants
• Schedule interviews and maintain applicant tracking records
• Maintain HR files, documentation, and annual activity calendar
• Draft memorandums and assist in internal communications
• Support employee engagement activities and company events
• Prepare HR reports and update KPI trackers
• Maintain and distribute the company digital newsletter

Qualifications
