Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment and hiring processes (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
  • Process onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Assist with timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll preparation
  • Handle government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) documentation and reporting
  • Support employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules
  • Assist in training and development activities
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information
