HR Staff

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Psychology or BS Human Resource Development Management
• Understanding of General Human Resources Policies and Procedures
• Good knowledge of Employment/Labor Laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS office
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Additional HR Training is a plus
• Willing to start ASAP

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Providing clerical and administrative support
• Compiling and updating employee 201 Files (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
