HR Staff

Job Summary:

The HR Staff will provide support in Learning and Development facet of HR. The position is required to cooperate and collaborate with the HR team to be able to successfully contribute to the needs of the organization.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related field;
• 1-2 years proven experience as an HR Generalist;
• Above average communication and people skills and can communicate with all level in the organization;
• Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
• General understanding of human resource policies and procedures

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate new employee Orientation;
• Prepares, distributes, and monitors submission and completion of Performance evaluation forms;
