Job Summary:
The HR Staff is responsible for maintaining positive employee relations, ensuring proper documentation, and managing employee records. The role supports management by handling memos, disciplinary actions, and accurate maintenance of 201 files in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, and inquiries
Assist in handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and workplace concerns
Coordinate with supervisors and managers regarding employee behavior, performance, and compliance
Support investigations related to employee misconduct and policy violations
Memos and Documentation
Prepare, issue, and monitor HR-related memos such as NTEs, NODs, warnings, and company advisories
Ensure timely acknowledgment and proper filing of employee memos
