About the role

Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact? As an HR Staff at CLA Central Mall-Pagsanjan, you will play a key role in supporting our growing HR team and driving forward our people agenda. This is a full-time position based in Pagsanjan Laguna.

What you'll be doing

• Providing generalist HR support and advice to managers and employees
• Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit processes
• Coordinating and administering HR policies, procedures and documentation
• Supporting the delivery of HR initiatives, such as training and development programs
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR data
• Collaborating with the wider HR team on projects and continuous improvement
