· Register newly hired employees in the timekeeping system to facilitate accurate attendance tracking.
· Download Daily Time Records (DTR) from biometric devices and receive attendance files from sub-offices, depots, and remote locations, ensuring all logs are submitted promptly
· Review attendance records, verifying entries against supporting documents such as leave requests and route sheets.
· Coordinate with department heads to confirm and resolve any discrepancies in attendance records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
· Accurately input the attendance records of employees under the cooperative manually, ensuring precision and consistency.
· Processes all employee contributions for HR Manager's review and approval prior to payment (SSS by the 30th, and PHIC and Pag-IBIG by the 15th).
· Receives and reviews cooperative billing, then forwards it to the HR Manager for verification and approval.
