Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements in different platforms, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Prepare HR documents (contracts, memos, notices, and reports)
- Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
- Support payroll, timekeeping, and benefits coordination
- Process and monitor employees' loan applications
- Handle and respond to employee inquiries
- Facilitate offboarding process and conduct exit interview
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
- With or without prior HR experience
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
- With good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is an advantage
