Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR STAFF to assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, records management, and day-to-day HR tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal HR experience who are eager to grow their career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
• Support onboarding and off-boarding processes
• Maintain employee files and HR records (201 files)
• Assist in timekeeping, payroll data, and benefits processing
• Respond to basic employee concerns and HR inquiries
• Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned
