HR Staff

Qualifications

• Graduate of Human Resources Development and Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With at least 1 year of HR-related experience (preferred but not required)
• Knowledgeable in basic HR functions and labor regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information

Key Responsibilities

• Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Serve as point of contact between HR and other departments within the company

• Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalating issues when necessary
