Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings and source candidates through ads, social media, referrals, and labor pools.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for construction roles (e.g., carpenters, masons, laborers).
• Onboard workers and ensure they understand company policies and safety protocols.
• Monitor labor trends, wages, and industry standards to stay competitive.
• Maintain accurate records of employee files, contracts, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations.
• Address worker concerns and foster good employee relations to reduce turnover.
• Monitor manpower deployment and performance at job sites.
