Job Description
I. JOB OBJECTIVE
Supports human resources processes by administering tests; scheduling appointments; conducting orientation; maintaining records and information.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provides secretarial support such as entering, printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
· Assist in the Employee relation such as NTE, Incident report and other department investigation
· Conducting benefit enrolment process of new hires as well as deletion of resigned employees
· Prepared monthly government mandated benefits
· Assist in the timekeeping and payroll f the company
· Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
· Schedules interview and examinations
· Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
· Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
