HR Staff

Nephro Group Dialysis Centers is looking for HR Staff (Project-Based) with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or with a recruiting agency.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
