Job Description
- Administer and manage government-mandated benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all government benefit transactions.
- Responsible for the application of SSS Sickness, Maternity and EC Claim Benefits thru SSS employer online.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documents to government agencies on time.
- Provide information and assistance to employees regarding their government benefits, including eligibility, claims, loans and contributions.
- Liaise with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) to resolve any issues related to employee benefits and other transactions.
- Enroll newly hired employees thru SSS R1A and prepare their PMRF and ER2 for PhilHealth.
- Checking of PAGIBIG loan forms for signature.
- Support timekeeping.
