Job Description
- Coordinates with Plant Office to identify the needed operators.
- Monitor all needed operators in each department.
- Send request to agencies to conduct initial screening for set of applicants base on our criteria.
- Conducts interview for new set of applicants.
- Conducts Background Investigation.
- Monitor completion of pre - employment requirements.
- Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new operators.
- Responsible on filing employees 201 files.
