Responsible to support daily human resources operations and ensure the effective execution of HR processes. The HR Staff will assist in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, records management, payroll processing, and HR compliance.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

• At least 1–2 years' experience in HR, Admin, or related support roles.
• Experience in recruitment, timekeeping, or HR routines is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations).
• Familiarity with DOLE regulations and labor standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
