HR Staff

MSK Group Work, Inc. is currently in need of HR STAFF to be assigned at Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

A. Primary Purpose of the Position

The basic function of this position is to provide timely assistance to employees and outside public in the areas of human resource tasks and to update and perform basic HR functions.

B. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assists in recruitment efforts such as sourcing and scheduling of job applicants, administration and processing of pre-employment requirements, contracts, orientation and deployment.

2. Conduct initial paper screening/interviews of job applicants. Recommend shortlisted

applicants for the next level of interviews.

1. Assists in overseeing the inputting and updating of the staff record.

2. Assists in the coordination and implementation of HRD-related activities and events.
