KHI Studios / Kreative House Consulting is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Staffing Coordinator to support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team coordination across our live events, activations, vendor markets, and creative projects.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates well with people, and can help build structure as our events and operations continue to grow.

KHI Studios is the event production and experiential arm of Kreative House Consulting. We produce vendor markets, branded activations, workshops, community experiences, and creative productions throughout Toronto and surrounding areas.

Our projects range from wellness events and marketplaces to social experiences, brand activations, and production support.
