HR Supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination).
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Ensure timely filling of vacancies according to manpower plans.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any business-related course
• At least 3 years work experience in end to end recruitment
• At least 1 year supervisory experience
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment is an advantage
• With strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and labor laws
• Excellence in interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Willing to work at San Pedro, Laguna
