Job Summary
The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily human resources operations and ensuring effective delivery of all HR functions. This role supports organizational goals by managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration. The HR Supervisor partners with leadership to foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
