HR Supervisor

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related course.
• At least two (2) years of work experience in supervisory role.
• Will handle retail gas stations employees
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be knowledgeable in the end-to-end process of Recruitment, Talent and Development, Labor Employee Relations and Organizational Development.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax) is an advantage
• Preferably residing in Naga City or has service motorcycle if outside Naga City
