Job Title: HR Supervisor

Office Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of solid HR experience, with supervisory or officer-in-charge experience preferred
• Experience handling multiple business units or sites (real estate, memorial park, hospitality, or similar industries) is an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and HR administration
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
