Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of human resources experience, preferably in the hotel or resort industry. This role will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training, records management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
