Compensation Strategy & Execution

• Design, implement, and continuously benchmark competitive, equitable, and market-aligned salary structures for Philippine roles (including allowances, incentives, and variable pay), aligned with PalmPay's global comp philosophy and local regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct annual salary reviews, manage merit/incentive cycles, and support budgeting for total rewards (base + bonus + benefits).
