We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Supervisor – Learning and Development to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that empower and elevate our workforce.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or Training & Development, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
• Proven track record in training needs analysis, curriculum development, and facilitation of learning sessions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and modern training tools
• Certification in Training or Facilitation is an advantage
