Job Summary

The HR Supervisor supports the effective delivery of core HR programs that strengthen employee engagement, performance, and people development across the organization. The role is primarily operational and execution-driven, with responsibility for coordinating learning initiatives, managing performance processes, and supporting culture-building activities.

Working closely with the HR Head, the HR Supervisor ensures that HR programs are implemented consistently, issues are addressed promptly, and people-related initiatives align with business needs. The role is ideal for an HR professional who is comfortable balancing hands-on execution with coordination and advisory support to managers.
