Job Description
HR Officer is primarily responsible for implementing existing HR services, particularly in the areas of Training & Development, PMS, HR policies, programs and activities and consult with company leadership on organization design and restructuring. and also provide workforce analysis and planning.
I. EDUCATION
- Graduate of BSBA major in HRDM, Psychology or any related field.
II.EXPERIENCE
- With relevant experience in the same field of expertise.
III. SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills (oral, written on both Filipino and English)
- Analytical
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
