HR Supervisor(Jujuy)

Responsibilities

• Design and operation for HR full functions,likewise Recruitment and Selection,Training and Development,Performance Management,Employee Relations,Compensation and Benefits.
• Draft various HR rules and regulations, and continuously optimize them later.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Excellent oral English, Mandarin is preferred.
• More than 5 years of HR work experience, Proficient in modern human resource management system, with working experience in large foreign-invested companies.
• Excellent leadership, stress resistance, logical thinking, communication and coordination skills.
