Learning Objectives:
201 File Management
- Organize and maintain hard copy and soft copy of active and inactive employee 201 files.
- Ensure proper filing, labeling, and confidentiality of documents.
File Audit & Completeness Check
- Review files for missing documents and prepare summary reports.
Digital Organization
- Scan and upload documents to HR OneDrive following naming conventions.
Proper Labeling & Checklist Management
- Label each 201 file folder correctly with the employee's full name.
- Insert a requirements checklist inside each folder to track completeness (e.g., contract, government IDs, performance reviews).
- Ensure consistency in labeling and checklist format across all files.
Archiving Files
- Identify files for archiving or disposal based on retention policy.
