HR Support Jr Analyst

At Air Liquide, a respected multinational corporation based in France, leader in hydrogen, gas and its derivatives, with a broad global presence, we're looking for a highly motivated and analytical HR Support Jr. Analyst to join our HR Operations Team.

The HR Support Jr Analyst reports directly to the HR Support Team Lead and is responsible for:
-Provide support and training to end-users and main stakeholders to initiate and complete Workday processes (Hires, terminations, job changes, compensation changes, etc.)

-Assist with data entry & validation, log-in issues, process questions, and corrections.

-Run and validate data quality reports, initiate corrections, or send them to the relevant stakeholder to ensure a high level of data quality

-Run and distribute standard reports

-Support the CoE HR Digital Systems in testing and data entry

-Generate employment confirmation letters
