At Air Liquide, a respected multinational corporation based in France, leader in hydrogen, gas and its derivatives, with a broad global presence, we're looking for a highly motivated and analytical HR Support Jr. Analyst to join our HR Operations Team.The HR Support Jr Analyst reports directly to the HR Support Team Lead and is responsible for:

• Provide support and training to end-users and main stakeholders to initiate and complete Workday processes (Hires, terminations, job changes, compensation changes, etc.)
• Assist with data entry & validation, log-in issues, process questions, and corrections.
• Run and validate data quality reports, initiate corrections, or send them to the relevant stakeholder to ensure a high level of data quality
• Run and distribute standard reports
• Support the CoE HR Digital Systems in testing and data entry
• Generate employment confirmation letters
