Albemarle is hiring for an HR Support Services Specialist. This position is hybrid and located in Budapest, Hungary.
What You Will Do:
Workday Case Resolution Management
Execute standardized HR processes across the employee lifecycle with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and employee experience.
Serve as a Tier 2 support contact for employee inquiries, leveraging knowledge bases and case management tools.
Complete mass data changes.
Deliver global HR reports that do not require advanced analytics as well as regular data quality audits
Digital Enablement & Systems
Maintain and update employee data in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Support adoption of self-service tools and digital workflows; provide feedback on system usability and enhancements.
