We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly motivated and analytical HR Support GBS Senior Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the HR Support Team lead, they will be responsible for handling high-complexity HR support functions and serve as Tier 2 support for the Service Desk. They are expected to operate with full autonomy and deep technical expertise.

• U.S. Compliance & I-9 Management: Lead the end-to-end I-9 and E-Verify lifecycle, including Section 1/2 verification for virtual and onsite associates, re-verifications for non-citizens, and conducting rigorous internal audits to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
